This has been irritating me for a while, but never enough to actually look for a fix…until today. Turns out Microsoft released a KB article for this in February of this year: KB2466373. This is a hotfix you need to request, but give MS your email address and expect a fix in less than a minute. This will fix the issue where backspace and arrow keys don’t work within MMC (but primarily GPMC and AGPM).
